Elise Radawitz is the founder of Velocity Leader and a leadership development expert focused on the trades.

Elise Radawitz has spent the last 15 years helping contractors and home service leaders grow stronger teams, healthier cultures, and more confident leaders.

During her nearly decade-long career at Gustave A. Larson, Elise worked closely with HVAC contractors through leadership development, education, sales support, and events. Along the way, she noticed the same pattern again and again: talented people were being promoted into leadership roles without ever being taught how to lead people well.

That experience became the foundation for Velocity Leader. For the past three years, Elise has partnered with companies in the trades to help leaders communicate more effectively, coach with confidence, and create healthier, higher-performing teams through practical, interactive leadership development programs built specifically for the industry.
