Elise Radawitz is the President and founder of Velocity Leader, where she partners with companies in the trades to empower leaders at every level for success, all while keeping people at the heart of business. With over seventeen years in human resources and talent development—focusing on employee engagement and learning—Elise has helped individuals’ step into their greatness across industries from construction to home services.

Whether she’s guiding leaders with the Developing a Leadership Mindset© curriculum or diving into the insights of Everything DiSC®, Elise is passionate about sharing the tools that spark growth and transformation. Beyond the office, she loves spending time with her husband, Dave, and daughter, Bryce, and finds joy experimenting in the kitchen or spending time outside golfing and hiking.
