Elise Radawitz  

President, Velocity Leader

Elise has been in the talent development space for over 15 years. As a former educator, Elise has a passion to help others learn, grow, and achieve their goals.

​

Elise now sets the strategy and execution as the President at Velocity Leader. “One of my core beliefs is that humans were created to connect with one another. This business allows me to contribute to others’ lives and help those who desire to show up as a leader, do that in a way that is authentic.”

​

Elise has a Bachelor of Science in Education from Mount Mary University. She has held several roles the Human Resources space with roles in employee engagement to learning and development. She has been a lead change management agent connecting departments and engaging teams to better communicate and collaborate across organizations.

 

Elise is a certified facilitator for the Developing a Leadership Mindset© program and an authorized partner to deliver Everything DiSC® assessments and workshops. She has a genuine love of people and enjoys learning their stories which you will feel in her approach and interactions.

Fast Facts:

  • Elise loves her home state of Wisconsin and is a fan of fish fry's and bloody mary's.

  • She is married and has one daughter

  • Elise is always up for a challenge whether in the kitchen trying a new recipe or on the golf course working on her game.

Denny Ward

President, Velocity Sales Consulting

With a deep passion for solving problems, Denny has been in the human capital management space for 18 years.

​

He now leads the charge at Velocity Sales Consulting. “I’m doing my best when I have a solid understanding of an organization’s culture, its people and the things that keep leaders up at night.” Denny strives to help organizations unpack the cause of sales team challenges so they can maximize team performance and be more intentional about engaging their people and improving processes.

 

Denny has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Bowling Green State University, where he majored in communications with a focus in business. His first role in business development and sales management was at WFAL Radio, where he sold advertising. “I learned early on the importance of having a natural curiosity for my prospects’ challenges.” After cutting his teeth in sales, Denny enjoyed a successful 12-year career at ADP in several leadership and business development roles. There he worked with companies of all sizes to help them solve organizational and associate challenges.  

 

Fast Facts:

  • When not serving his clients, Denny enjoys boating, cooking and reading.

  • He’s a musician and has played the trumpet for 35 years.

  • “I come from a family that says ‘I love you’ with food! My home is where people come to eat well and have fun, and I love cooking for a crowd!”
